This bright and airy two bedroom apartment is situated in the 4-storey Artola Gardens apartment block, a quiet, mainly residential block in a suburb of Calahonda, very near to Puerto Cabopino.

The Artola Gardens block is next to Hotel Artola, and this beautiful classical spanish-style Hotel is open non-residents. Apartment guests are welcome to use the indoor and outdoor bar and restaurant facilities.

Hotel Artola has its own 9-hole golf course which is ideal for practice, and in the summer months there is an outdoor Argentinian Barbecue on the outdoor terrace bar.

This is the view from the apartment balcony, which is south facing. Below is the communal pool for the apartments. The apartment is on the second floor of a four-storey block of 32 apartments.

The spacious balcony runs across the sliding glass doors which open from both the living room and the front bedroom. There are chairs and a table and sun loungers to relax on for your comfort.

Here you can see the open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has all conveniences including electric hob, microwave oven. fridge and washing machine.

Through the archway to the right are the two bedrooms and the bathroom with bath and shower.

There are sliding glass doors which open onto the balcony, where you will find table and chairs for outdoor dining and also sun loungers.

The apartment is equipped with TV, DVD player and hi-fi music system. For your convenience there is also a hairdryer and an iron.

This apartment is located just off the main coastal road, N340, on the beach side of the road. there is ample free parking in front of the apartments and it is within 10 minutes walk of the beach and marina at Puerto Cabopino.

In the immediate vicinity of this apartment you will find a pharmacy, hairdressers, Supermarket open 7 days a week, Bank, several high quality restaurants and some bar/cafes.

The local Portillo bus runs every 35 minutes from Marbella through Calahonda, La Cala and on to Fuengirola, and the bus stops very near the apartment. Calahonda is the nearest commercial centre with a large selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. It is 3 stops on the local bus. Calahonda also has Supersol and Lidl supermarkets, McDonalds, speciality English brand Supermarket, Irish butchers, internet cafe, english DVD rental store.


The beach at Puerto Cabopino which is less than 10 minute's walk from the apartment. The water is safe and shallow for swimming and there is a good variety of beach bars and better quality seafood, chinese and italian restaurants, also bars including an Irish bar, the Shebeen.
